Crushing Principles
1. It consists of three parts: the body, the middle body and the lower body.

2. The crushing cutter consists of 7-type cutter, 1-type cutter and centrifugal cutter.

3. The machine consists of a fan, a powder collector and a dust collector.

4. The crushing chamber of the main engine adopts 7-type knife, 1-type knife and centrifugal knife. It has rough crushing, fine crushing and centrifugal crushing. The motor drives the rotor of the crusher to run at high speed, which makes the machine produce high-speed airflow to produce high-intensity impact force, compression force, cutting force and friction force on crushing materials, so as to achieve unique crushing function.

5. In the process of cutting and comminuting three kinds of blades, the rotor produces high-speed airflow which rotates along the direction of the blade. The material accelerates in the airflow and repeatedly impacts and cuts friction. At the same time, it is subjected to three kinds of comminution. The comminuted material enters the analyzer with the airflow for analysis. Because the centrifugal force of the airflow acts on the centrifugal force of the analyzer rotor, the centrifugal force is large. When centripetal force is applied, fine particles enter the collector to collect with airflow, and coarse particles enter the centrifugal chamber to comminute continuously until the desired fineness is achieved.
