Advantages of Spontaneous Combustion Carbonization Furnace

1. Spontaneous combustion carbonization furnace does not need any additional heating equipment. The heat required for the carbonization of fuel rods in a self-igniting carbonization furnace comes from the spontaneous combustion on the surface of the fuel rod itself (i.e. flameless oxidation) and the oxidation of combustible gases in the furnace. There is no need for heating electricity, gas, coal and firewood, so no additional heating equipment is needed.

2. The process of self-ignition carbonization furnace is mature, simple to operate, easy to master, safe and reliable.

Spontaneous combustion carbonization furnace has a history of more than ten years, and its operation technology has been mature. After the ignition of the carbonization furnace, only adjusting the air flow rate can change the temperature change rate of the furnace to meet the different requirements for the quality of carbon. Therefore, medium and low temperature carbon and high temperature carbon can be fired. In the process of operation, as long as you master the skills of ignition, adjusting air intake and closing fire. In addition, the spontaneous combustion carbonization furnace is connected with the outside world through a large-caliber chimney, and there is no hidden danger of excessive pressure caused by pipe blockage.

3. Spontaneous combustion carbonization furnace has high carbon output and good quality.

The effective volume of the self-ignited carbonization furnace can be more than 5M3, while that of the dry distillation carbonization furnace is generally less than 2.5M3, so the output of the self-ignited single furnace is higher than that of the dry distillation type.

The carbonization rate of the self-ignited fuel rod is higher than 40%, that is, the semi-finished fuel rod of the same weight burns more carbon in the self-ignited carbonization furnace than in the dry distillation type. Because the furnace temperature of the self-ignition carbonization furnace can be controlled within the range of "slow burning of charcoal", the carbon content can be as high as 85%.

4. Self-ignition carbonization furnace has long service life and low maintenance cost.

Maintenance cost is low. This is the advantage of self-ignition carbonization furnace. The vulnerable parts of the spontaneous combustion carbonization furnace are the blades of the induced draft fan, which is the cause of tar corrosion, but its service life is more than one year, and its cost is about 100 yuan. Without the use of induced draft fans, there would be no such maintenance cost. As for the furnace steel plate, because it has refractory material in the outer layer, it is not directly baked by high temperature, nor is it directly eroded by coke oil and gas, so oxidation and corrosion have little effect on it. As long as its thickness is more than 2 mm, its maintenance period can be more than 3 years, while the service life of refractory bricks (no insulation bricks) and high temperature castables can be more than 10 years.
