The Application of Biomass Granulator

With the excessive exploitation and waste of non-renewable resources, coal resources are in danger. In today's vigorous advocation of energy conservation and environmental protection, biomass particles are slowly entering people's lives, so how about the prospects for the development of biomass particles? Qunxin will take you to understand the prospects for the development of biomass particles from the following four aspects:

1. Biomass particles can replace coal combustion, save resources and reduce waste.

Biomass granule is a kind of renewable clean fuel with a calorific value close to coal-fired, which is generally produced by the processing of forestry harvesting residue, timber residue and processing residue, straw, rice husk, peanut husk, corncob, camellia oil shell, cottonseed husk and other raw materials.

Coal accounts for 85% of China's heating market. Biomass is the most economical clean energy to replace coal, and the potential of biomass heating industry is huge. Our country produces tens of billions of tons of gardening and fruit branches and leaves every year. There are many biomass garbage such as dead branches. Because of the high cost of treatment, some of them are discarded and burned in situ, which not only wastes resources but also pollutes the environment. If they are processed into biomass particles, they are good fuels to replace small boilers in the suburbs to burn coal. In the future, granular fuel, urban boiler heating and large-scale bio-granular fuel plants can partly replace urban coal-fired heating, coal-fired gas supply in industrial concentration areas and residential coal.

2. Reducing Environmental Pollution and Improving Ecological Environment

At present, China's total carbon dioxide emissions are second only to the United States and rank second in the world, and sulfur dioxide emissions rank first in the world. In China, 70% of carbon dioxide, 90% of sulfur dioxide and 66.7% of nitrogen oxide emissions come from coal combustion. Biomass energy, not only does not produce a large amount of carbon dioxide in the process of use, but also absorbs a large amount of carbon dioxide in the process of photosynthesis of green plants, which can significantly reduce air pollution and acid rain. Developing biomass energy and replacing coal with biomass fuel can reduce carbon dioxide emissions; replacing petrochemical fuel with biofuel can reduce atmospheric pollution caused by hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides, and will make great contributions to improving energy structure, improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental pressure.

3. Make full use of marginal land to increase farmers'income

China is a large agricultural country, with a large amount of biomass energy, which can be used to convert the total amount of coal into about 500 million tons of standard coal every year. In China, there are about 100 million hectares of land which is unsuitable for growing food crops, but can grow energy plants, and 3.11 million hectares of land which can be planted artificially. Most of these lands are located in the old, the young, the border and the poor areas. Local farmers lack access to wealth and rely on the cultivation of food crops for low income. By reasonably utilizing the unused or inadequate land resources such as saline-alkali land, wasteland and winter fallow fields in these areas and planting energy crops such as sugarcane, sweet sorghum, potatoes and rapeseed, we can open up a way for the economic development of these areas and the increase of farmers'income.
