Product introduction
The new type of environmental protection carbonization furnace adds a flue gas recovery device on the basis of the original carbonization furnace. The recovered flue gas can be dust-free and smokeless. The recovered flue gas can be ignited like liquefied gas, and can be used for heating, cooking and drying.

At present, there are three kinds of carbonization furnaces: ordinary type (only used for producing charcoal, but not for collecting gas); Wood Carbonization equipment (used for carbonizing branches, wood blocks, coconut shell blocks, corner material blocks in furniture factories, etc.) which can be equipped with gasifier device to recover gas for self-use or other purposes; carbon powder production line (used for producing carbon powder machine, rice can be used). Carbonization of shell, sawdust and bamboo powder into carbon powder can be processed into activated carbon.

The new type of environmental protection carbonization furnace has the function of one machine and two functions. Material can also be directly carbonized. It can also be made into rods before carbonization.

1. There are four cubic, six cubic and eight cubic furnaces for dissolution in the furnace. The carbon yield of raw materials is over 40-60% and the yield of finished products is over 95%.

Product characteristics

1. The carbonization furnace adopts horizontal manufacturing technology. The carbonization furnace worker has a total of 30% structure, and there is a light insulation material in the middle of the interlayer, which can keep the temperature in the furnace from spreading.
2. Road door boilers are packed and sealed, and no air is introduced. The carbon yield is much higher than that of conventional carbonization furnaces.
3. The reason why it is called environmental protection carbonization furnace is that many yellowish flammable gases are produced in the carbonization process of wood rods. These gases can be diverted to the combustion zone of the carbonization furnace through the pipes with which the flammable gases can be heated again, which is more environmentally friendly and fuel-saving.
4. The excess gas in the carbonization furnace can be used to dry sawdust or to burn boilers.
5. The cooling time of carbonization furnace is shorter after the end of burning charcoal. Our unit uses interstitial water to cool the carbonization furnace naturally, which is quicker and more convenient.
6. The track and kiln car are equipped in the air-flow carbonization furnace for environmental protection, which is more convenient to use and reduces the labor intensity of workers.

Customers purchased this kind of carbonization furnace, which has the advantages of simple operation, low labor intensity, convenient loading and discharging of charcoal, greatly reduced cooling time, and greatly increased the output of the carbonization furnace.
