Charcoal Stick Machine 



     

The charcoal stick machine is a wood powder molding machine which can be wood chips stick machine, rice husk stick machine or sawdust stick machine. Under the high-temperature and high-pressure process of the charcoal stick machine, raw materials (moisture<12%) like bamboo, wood, shell, straw (except rice straw, wheat straw) and other granular materials (length ≤ 5mm, diameter ≤ 3mm), all can be formed into sticks without using binder.

 

After being crushed, materials like sawdust, crop straw (corn stalks, soybean straw, sorghum, cotton stalk, rape straw, peanut vine, sunflower stalk), rice husk, grass, shrubs, branches and sugar cane slag are treated in high pressure/temperature zone which is created by propeller and the heating coil. Then the loose raw material is formed into hollow rods or sticks. The sticks has the advantages of big density, small size and good flammability, is a good alternative fuel of firewood and coal.

 
The sticks diameter: 50-60mm, inner diameter: 15-20mm, square or hexagonal stick. After carbonization, the charcoal powder also can be molded into charcoal ball, charcoal granular or charcoal honeycomb.
