Counter-Roller Press Ball Machine

Roller press is a kind of equipment for pressing powdery materials into balls. In order to meet the requirement of material forming, the electromagnetic speed regulating motor is adopted for the pre-pressing screw. The speed regulating mode is manual control. The user can change the speed of the pre-pressing machine appropriately according to the ball-forming condition to achieve the highest ball-forming rate and maximum productivity. The pressed material is packed by sieving machine and qualified pellets are sifted on it. The sieving material can be returned to warehouse to mix with new material and then pressed.

 

Requirements for moulding materials

 

1. Material size is 80-200 mesh.

2. No metal is allowed in the material. Otherwise, the roll surface will be damaged.

3. Feeding must be satisfied. It is advisable to use adjustable speed screw feeder to observe the amount of material returned and adjust the amount of new material supplied.
 

Strict precautions in the actual operation of ball pressing machine:

 

1. It is strictly forbidden for hard objects such as iron and stone to enter the machine. The damage caused by them will be borne by the customers.

2. the granularity of the material to be processed should be guaranteed below 3mm, otherwise it will affect the forming and reduce the service life of the machine.

3. Heavy-duty start-up is strictly prohibited, and non-technical personnel are strictly prohibited from disassembling and disorderly adjusting equipment.

4. Regular maintenance and observation of oil shortage in reducer and bearing seat.
