Sawdust Dryer

Product introduction:

 

Sawdust dryer is a kind of equipment specially equipped for charcoal production by Hongrun machine. It refers to the continuous addition of powder-like wet sawdust into the drying pipe by screw conveyor. In the process of conveying and dispersing high-speed hot air, the moisture in wet material is evaporated to obtain powdery or granular drying products. It is mainly composed of air heater, feeder, airflow drying pipe, cyclone separator, fan and so on.

 

Sawdust dryer features:

 

1. The drying intensity is high. Because the material is highly dispersed in the airflow, the whole surface of the particles is the effective area for drying.

3. The airflow dryer is simple in structure, small in area and easy to construct and maintain.

4. Large capacity and high thermal efficiency. When drying non-bound water, the thermal efficiency can reach 60%.

 

Working principle:

 

Sawdust dryer: including hot air stove, inlet and outlet, rotary drum, filter drum, material conveying pipe, cooling drum and outlet. Rotary drum is located on the active roller. The active roller rotates at low speed by motor and deceleration drive. There is an inlet port between the heating furnace and the rotary drum, a turning blade in the rotary drum, a baffle plate at the connection of the rotary drum and the filter drum. A small hole is opened, one end of the filter cartridge is connected with the rotary cartridge, the other end is connected with the material conveying pipe, the filter cartridge is equipped with a block, the bottom of the filter cartridge is equipped with a slag discharge hole, one end of the cooling cartridge is connected with the material conveying pipe through a blower, and the other end is connected with the outlet.

 

Because of the above structure, sawdust can be fully dried in the rotating drum, and the sawdust can be fully dispersed before entering the material conveying pipe, so that the moisture evaporates quickly. The block can block the impurities in the sawdust and ensure the quality of sawdust entering the material conveying pipe. The sawdust enters the sawdust dryer by the joint action of the nozzle and the rotary cylinder. The material boils and fluidizes in the cylinder, and the hot air contacts the material sufficiently to complete the drying.
