Working Principle:
The main body of vibrating screen is supported by springs. Electric motor rotates at a certain speed through triangular belt to drive the belt pulleys and eccentric shaft on vibrator. Eccentric shaft, belt pulley and eccentric mass of eccentric block produce a big exciting force during rotation, and then the sifter box will make a similar circular movement and produce big amplitude. Under the function of sifter surface, materials make a casting movement. A screening operation is carried out along the sifter surface slope to achieve a good screening effect. Therefore, vibrating screen can also be used for material dehydration, desliming and medium drainage etc.
