Working Principle

The dust-free grinder mainly consists of a trough feed conveyor, a crushing device, a lower discharge screw, a fan and a dust remover. The timber trough conveyor into the crushing chamber can be crushed without drying, and the finished product will fall off to the storage bin of the main engine, the storage bin has a screw conveyor, and the crushed sawdust is sent out to the grinder. The air volume generated by the crushing is carried by the fan into the dust collector so as to achieve the perfect dust free crushing work.

Characteristics

The original design of the dust-free wood crusher is to crush the materials without the fan. The crusher is perfectly combined with the hammer head of the grinder and the distance of the screen when it is designed. When it is crushed, the material of the whole comminuted chamber will be circulated in the crushing chamber with the hammer of the mill, and the finished product will fall off naturally with the aperture of the screen. To get to the bin which was under the crusher, we used a small induced draft fan to remove the excess wind from the machine. Only in this way can we ensure that there is no dust in the spiral outlet of the crusher.

As the diameter of the crusher is too long, we choose two 55KW motors to turn a large shaft together, with this design it can improve the output of the crusher
