Working principle

Matters needing attention

1) It is strictly forbidden for people under the age of 16 to operate the machine.

3) Check whether the screw at the joint is loosened, especially the screw of blade and fixed knife. More attention should be paid to tighten it immediately if it is loosened.

4) It is strictly forbidden to take down the feeding bucket and feed it directly.

5) When replacing fixed knife movable knife and screen blade, ordinary fasteners shall not be used instead.

6) Feed the material evenly, not too much, in order to avoid stuffy car phenomenon.

7) The motor should be selected according to the nameplate of the rubbing machine. The speed of the spindle should not be increased at will, and the protective devices of various parts should not be removed at will.

8) When feeding materials, it is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the feeding hopper. Corn straw can be used for inward feeding.

9) If abnormal noise occurs during operation, stop and check immediately. Troubleshooting during machine operation is prohibited.

10) For long-term users, antirust oil should be applied to non-painted areas.
