Carbonization Furnace Improve the Quality of Charcoal

Tongli carbonization furnace, which this furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quantity of heat consumption.  It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, which also greatly increase carbonizing ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) improve the quality of charcoal, and reduce the production cycling time ( from 24 hours to 6 hours). Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.

The raw materials can be sawdust, crops straw (corn stalk, beanstalk, broomcorn stalk, cotton stalk, rape stalk, palm kernel shell, groundnut stem, sunflower stalk), husk, grass, bush branches, bamboo butt, bamboo scraps, bagasse and so on.

Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature. The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo plastic flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.
