On May 26, 2025, Hongrun charcoal production line exported to Senegal. The charcoal making production line includes wood crusher, horizontal carbonization furnace, charcoal mixer, charcoal briquette machine which can successive deal with biomass material until finishing molding charcoal products.

Hongrun charcoal making production line can carbonize biomass materials into charcoal. The biomass materials can be shaped briquettes or shapeless material such as wood logs, wood strips, bamboo, coconut shell etc.

There are several steps to make biomass materials into charcoal briquettes.
1. The first step is crush biomass materials into sawdust become small size, less than 3mm.
2. The second step is dry raw biomass wood sawdust, in order to reduce the moisture less than 12%.
3. The third step is use press machine produce briquette.
4. The fourth step is carbonizing briquette become charcoal.

Hongrun charcoal making production line includes crusher, dryer, carbonization furnace, charcoal molding machine which can successive deal with material until finishing molding charcoal products. The raw materials of finishing molding charcoal products come from wood, coconut shell, bamboo, straw, grain shell and so on.
