Tongli coconut shell charcoal briquette machine can take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can be used in boiler, heating & warming.  After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ.
 
Production process of Tongli coconut shell charcoal briquette machine:
1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm.   (wood, wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk).
2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.
3. Pressing to raw material into briquette by putting the dried materials into briquette machine.
4. Put sawdust briquettes into the Carbonization Stove to change the sawdust briquettes into charcoal briquettes (final products,  this step is for optional, if you do not need charcoal, no need to use this machine)
5. The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal.
