Production Flow of Machine-Made Charcoal

The machine-made charcoal produced by charcoal machine is called extruded charcoal which is made by extruding either raw ground wood or carbonized wood into logs without the use of binder. The heat and pressure in the extruding process hold the charcoal material together. The general machine-made charcoal production flow can be Raw Material Crushing--Drying--Shape Forming--Carbonization--Final products. So the charcoal machine shall be Crusher--Dryer--Charcoal Machine(shapes:logs, rods, briquets, etc.)--Carbonization Furnace and other auxiliary equipments.

Hammer Crushing Machine
The raw material for making charcoal is better less than 5-8mm, if more than8mm, then you need to use the crusher to crush them in the first place.

Briquetting is a process during which biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature. After the processing of drying and pressing, the biomass briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood.

Carbonizing
Carbonization furnace for biomass charcoal can greatly increased carbonizing ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) and shortened the carbonizing time (from 24 hours to 8 hours), and shows the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency, and energy saving. This furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization.
