Ball Press Making Machine

Introduction

Ball pressing machine is mainly used for tailings treatment of minerals, pressing powdery materials which are difficult to form. Its characteristics are high forming pressure, adjustable main engine speed, and equipped with screw feeding device.

The transdermal belt is transmitted to the reducer, and the reducer is transmitted to the drive shaft through the coupling, and then to a pair of open gears to ensure that the two rollers synchronize (equal speed reverse) material storage warehouse evenly enters the forming hopper through the quantitative equipment, so that the unit forming pressure of the material changes from small to large, and reaches the maximum at the connecting line of the center of the roll. After the material passes through the line, the forming pressure decreases rapidly. The material enters the stripping state, and the stripping smoothly.

 

This machine has obvious effect on materials with easy comparison, such as coke powder, iron oxide scale, dust removal, slime, various metallurgical powder, sponge iron carbon products and so on.
