Ball pressing machine is also called: strong ball pressing machine, powder ball pressing machine, counter-roll ball pressing machine, egg forming machine and so on. Press ball machine is mainly used for ball-making of nonferrous and ferrous metal ore powder, directly into furnace smelting, increasing added value. Every metallurgical industry waste, auxiliary materials need to be on the furnace, need to press the ball machine to complete. For example: dust removal, pond mud, oxide scale, steel slag, iron concentrate powder, aluminium ash powder, silicon manganese ore powder and so on.
 
Ball pressing machine is a kind of equipment for pressing powder materials into balls. Ball pressing machine is widely used. It can compact, granulate or press balls on the following materials, such as aluminium scraps, activated carbon, alumina, bauxite, caustic sodium, charcoal, clay, coke scraps, coal, cryolite, fertilizer, plastics, limestone, pigments, urea, potassium salt, etc. Wait. Its purpose is to reduce dust, control bulk density, return to use, improve transport characteristics and so on. The design of production capacity is mainly used for pellets in the process of dry powder pressing to produce magnesium by Pidgeon process.
 
Tectonic composition
The structure of ball pressing machine consists of three parts: feeding part, transmission part and forming part.
 
1. The feeding part mainly realizes the quantitative feeding to ensure that the material evenly enters the counter-roll room. The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor and rotates through the belt pulley and worm reducer, forcing the pressed material into the main inlet and outlet. Because of the constant moment characteristic of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the pressure of the screw feeder is equal to that of the main machine, the constant pressure of the feed can be maintained to stabilize the quality of the pellets. If the feeding quantity is too large, the electric overload of the feeding device will occur; if the feeding quantity is too small, the ball will not be formed. Therefore, skilled operation is an important condition to ensure the normal operation of pressure ball.
 
2. In the transmission part, the main transmission system is motor-triangle belt-reducer-open gear-roll. The main engine is powered by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is transmitted to the driving shaft by a bar-pin coupling through a transdermal belt pulley and a cylindrical gear reducer. The driving shaft and the passive shaft run synchronously through the open gear. The rear of the passive bearing seat is equipped with a hydraulic device. Hydraulic protection device is a hydraulic pump which injects high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder to produce axial displacement of the piston. The front joint top of the piston rod is on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirement.
 
3. The forming part mainly refers to the main part and the core part is the roll. When there is too much feed between the two rollers or metal blocks, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is under pressure and overload, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator will buffer the pressure change, the relief valve opens and returns oil, and the piston rod shifts to make the gap between the rollers widen so that the hard objects pass through the rollers, and the system pressure will return to normal, which can protect the rollers from damage. Pressure ball density requires adjusting pressure, flexible production.
