Brief Introduction of Roller Press Ball Machine:
It has obvious advantages such as high ball forming rate, low power consumption, compact structure, easy maintenance and debugging. It is undoubtedly an ideal key equipment for Pijiang Magnesium smelting process. In order to meet the requirements of material forming, electromagnetic speed regulating motor is used for pre-pressing screw. The speed regulating mode is hand-controlled. Users can change the speed of pre-pressing machine appropriately to achieve the highest ball forming according to the ball forming conditions. With high productivity, the pressed materials are packed by sieving machine and qualified pellets are sifted. The sieving material can be returned to warehouse and mixed with new materials before pelleting.

1. The feeding part mainly realizes the quantitative feeding to ensure that the material evenly enters the counter-roll room. The screw feeding device is driven by the electromagnetic speed regulating motor and rotates through the pulley and worm reducer, forcing the pressed material into the main feeding port. Because of the constant moment characteristic of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the pressure of the screw feeder is equal to the material required by the main engine, the constant feeding pressure can be maintained to make the pellet pellet. The quality is stable. If the feeding quantity is too large, the electric overload of the feeding device will occur; if the feeding quantity is too small, the balls will not be formed. Therefore, skilled operation is an important condition to ensure the normal operation of the balls.
 
2. The main transmission system is: motor-triangle belt-reducer-open gear-roll. The main engine is powered by electromagnetic speed regulating motor. 3. The forming part mainly refers to the main part and the core part is the roll. When there is too much feed between the two rollers or metal blocks, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is under pressure and overload, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator will buffer the pressure change, the relief valve will open and return oil, and the piston rod displacement will make the gap between the rollers widen so that the hard material passes through the roll, and the system pressure will return to normal, so as to protect the roll from damage. The machine can adjust the pressure according to the requirement of balling density, and the production is flexible and flexible.
