The material like sawdust is conveyed into the rotary screen by belt conveyor, removed the size greater than 10mmx10mm of wood and other impurities, and then transported into the dryer through the screw conveyor. In the drying process, smoke from wood chips and cowper stove(the temperature is 400°C and moisture content is x=0.025) parallels flow under the action of the induced draft fan gravitation, gravity and roller rotation, exchanged to make the wood chips dry with the moisture about 6%. The smoke is transported from the filter vent to bag filter and reach the environmental requirement after dusted, then to the air. The material is transported by suction fan to the air dryer, and then separated through cyclone separator and cyclone into the storage. It is squeezed into a compact mechanism of charcoal in the condition with 260 ~ 300 ° C, 80 mpa pressure, and humidity 6%.
