Can the raw material of charcoal machine affect the quality of charcoal?

Home-made charcoal usually burns trees to a certain extent, buries them with grass ash and soil, and chokes the burned trees into charcoal by using waste heat.

Silica raw material: Silica is mainly made from the hardwood trees of Fagaceae and Ulmaceae, which can be divided into Wugang white carbon (raw material: Quercus wugang), Qinggang white carbon (raw material: Quercus qinggang), white carbon (raw material: other oaks, beech and other non-timber forests). Because of the national environmental protection policy, the industry has become less and less.

Black carbon raw materials: mainly soft broad-leaved fuelwood. Because of the different tree species can be divided into: expensive tea ceremony charcoal, branch charcoal, bamboo charcoal and other cheap civil black charcoal. Chadao charcoal and branch charcoal are mainly produced in the three northeastern provinces with abundant forest resources. The firing process and selection of tussah wood are very exquisite. Other low-cost civil black carbon is mainly produced in Anhui, Zhejiang, Henan and other places, using elm, section, willow and other wood as raw materials. It is simple and popular to burn at a low price.

Activated carbon: Activated carbon is mainly produced in Fujian and Zhejiang of southern China. It is activated, rinsed, dried and crushed by chemical substances such as zinc chloride, phosphoric acid, potassium sulfide and dolomite. Its production process is seriously polluted by water, and the state generally restricts production.

Machine-made charcoal: Wood sawdust is used as raw material. In technology, wood sawdust is formed by high-temperature and high-pressure moulding of the machine and then carbonized in the carbonization furnace. The whole production process does not need to add any additives, which belongs to the category of environmental protection products. On the market, the main hexagonal centers have holes and the square centers have holes. As a substitute product of traditional charcoal (traditional charcoal: fired from trees, is a resource-destroying industry which has been banned by the state), machine-made charcoal has many advantages, such as long combustion time, high calorific value, smokeless, non-explosive, environmental protection and so on.
